Easy to use, Standalone tool required for every Truck driver, driving Truck equipped with After Treatment system. Dedicated for Volvo USA and Mack from 2014 till now.

What this tool can do for my Truck ?

• Clear DTC’s
• Disable Derate
• Reset Soot Level
• Perform Parked DPF Regeneration

How to use this tool ?

If you need Clear DTC’s or Disable Derate or Reset Soot Level:

• Switch Key to ON position (Switch Ignition ON)
• Connect Tool to Diagnostic Connector of the Truck (HD OBD)
• LED Indicator Lights Green and Start Blinking Green – During this time tool Clear all DTC’s from all System in the Truck. When DTC’s are cleared LED indicator Lights Green
• Next, LED Indicator Lights Blue – This is waiting Time for Disable Derate Routine, If you need Disable Derater leave tool in Diagnostic Connector
• Next, LED Indicator Lights Red – This is waiting time for Soot Level Reset Routine, If you need Reset Soot Level leave tool in Diagnostic Connector
• When all routines are performed LED Indicator Lights Green.

If you need perform Parked DPF Regeneration:

• Apply Paring B
• Run Engine, leave it on Idle and wait until Engine Heat to at least 180 Degree Fahrenheit (F)
• Connect Tool to Diagnostic Connector of the Truck, Regeneration will start in Few Seconds. Regeneration will take 20-60 minutes depend on DPF Load
• Regeneration can be terminated any time by Removing tool from Diagnostic Connector.

• All J1708 fault codes
